How do i make time for sketchy?

Currently mid prep and half-way through my first pass and havent done pharm or micro cause ive kept it off and always end up doing questions all day.

I do a few random videos when i come across relevant questions while doing qbanks but havent gotten fully into them.

Now im half way through and barely done any pharm or micro and dont know where to start and lowkey losing my shi

Any advice on how many sketchy videos/ day is good and do people usually do all the videos or just the important ones?

Any routines you guys had where you made time for sketchy vids would also be really appreciated
