Need immediate Part-time role (NYC/Westchester)

I am going through a career transition which was initiated by my decision to resign from a position and workplace that was a not the right fit (aka a toxic work environment). I am lucky to have a strong, support network while I seek out new, full-time positions, but I am eager to have an income while I search. What are some part-time roles I could fill immediately while searching?

The concern is that I may seem overqualified to some employers...but I just need something temporary that give me breathing room and structure to find the next long-term position. I have tried simplifying my resume but I'd love suggestions for the NYC/Westchester area, other than restaurant positions. Are there any companies that are known to have quick hiring turnarounds for part-time work?
