Replacing wifi extenders

Question

I've just started at a small company with a hodge-podge of network equipment. One of those little devices, a Netgear Wi-Fi extender, passed peacefully in a metal outdoor box. Its purpose was to transmit data from a wired connection to a fuel storage monitoring system. We do have a few UniFi devices, and my manager is open to expanding our Unifi-verse. I use it at home, so I'm familiar with the platform.

There is reliable, surge-protected, 110v A/C power, and the box is weatherproof. The fuel level monitoring system requires a hard-wired ethernet connection. So, I was thinking that a Device Bridge and an outdoor access point, like the AC Mesh device we have but aren't using and get the fuel monitoring station back online. There's another kiosk-like outdoor spot, for a spill monitoring device, a bit away from the fuel storage. That also has a wireless device, "Amped wireless" plugged into the monitoring device with a short ethernet cable. If the Device Bridge is right for the fuel storage, I think it would also work for the spill monitor.

The distance between our building near the fuel storage is maybe 100-150ft. I haven't taken a tape measure out there yet.

Hopefully that all makes sense and thanks in advance for the advice!
