Does Greninja ex do 3:1 damage?!?

Looking at https://www.pokebeach.com/2026/09/30th-celebration-english-set-guide-full-card-list-products-store-promotions-and-more (specifically https://www.pokebeach.com/news/2026/09/021-30th-Celebration.jpg) and it looks like Greninja does 3:1 damage even on benched pokemon with a single energy.

That feels super unbalanced to me? Am I wrong or missing something?
