New KDTIVI internal player now out on iOS and Apple TV, enable in player settings

Full changelog:
\- New: Kdtivi Video Player (Beta) — A custom high-performance playback engine powered by FFmpeg and Apple hardware decoding, featuring 4K AV1/HEVC, full Dolby Vision (Profiles 5 & 8), HDR10 and rich subtitle rendering (ASS, PGS, DVB).

\- Improved: Apple TV Live TV Overlay — Skip back, play, skip forward and Go Live now sit above the now-playing card, whose progress bar takes the remote so you can click it and scrub through the recording. Channel up/down are a pair of arrows beside the card rather than swipes on it, which gives Down back to the TV Guide, and the card itself is wider. A Diagnostics button appears beside it while the Kdtivi player is selected.

\- New: Smart VOD Caching — Movies and TV episodes cache ahead to disk during playback to prevent buffering, make rewinds instant, and pre-fetch the next episode for uninterrupted binge watching.

\- New: Per-Profile Cloud Sync — Continue Watching, personal Library, favourite channels, and custom ordering now sync independently per profile across all your devices.

\- New: System Now Playing & Remote Controls — Control playback and scrub timelines directly from the iOS/tvOS Lock Screen, Control Center, Apple TV Remote, and Siri voice commands.

\- New: Plex Media Versions — Select between different video resolutions (4K vs 1080p), bitrates, or audio formats before playing or switch versions seamlessly during playback.

\- New: iPad Live TV Mini Player — Keep watching live channels in a floating, draggable picture-in-picture window while browsing the channel guide and categories.

\- New: Quick Context Menus — Long-press on iOS or hold SELECT on Apple TV on any media card to manage your Library, Continue Watching, or match Trakt items without opening the details screen.

\- Improved: Dynamic Artwork Backdrops — Movies, TV Shows, and detail pages now feature beautiful blurred artwork backdrops that dynamically match the content you are viewing.

\- Improved: iPhone Home, TV Shows & Movies Layout — Screen controls moved into the navigation bar as icons instead of a two-row panel over the artwork, the banner is sized so its logo and synopsis stay clear of them, and Continue Watching cards are smaller in portrait so more of the page fits.
