People often ask me to visit a psychologist

I didn't hve friends,and i usually don't open up with the ppl but whenever I does ppl often ask me to visit a psychologist, i genuinely don't understand why, is there anything wrong with me? Yesterday someone said the same thing to me and i literally cried ?
