PHA2022 IDA AND DBA THEME HELP PLSPLS PLS

Hi! For anyone who has done PHA2022, can I start studying the DAB theme without having studied the IDA theme first? Does DAB rely on concepts/knowledge from IDA, or are the themes mostly independent?
I’m a bit behind and was hoping to start DAB first, so I’d really appreciate hearing from anyone who’s done the unit before. Thanks!
