Genuine question. How does bleood make his vocals so inaudible .

Can’t believe ppl thought young thug, yeat, carti were hard to understand. Bleood and artists like 2slimey are another level. It usually takes me awhile to catch on to what bleood is saying, but what is his mixing process? Does he eq the beat to mask his vocals or something? His vocals are insanely hard to interpret wtf he’s saying. Someone who engineers explain please
