what should I do?

Three years of relationship (20M and 21F) , hv been fighting over some topic for the past two weeks , she let out a lot of words and stuffs which she shouldn't hv said . Given my anger , I should be the one breaking up with her , but I feel it wud be better if she breaks up with me and leaves , cuz else I'll have this upon me and might end her going back to her again saying I'm sorry . I'm addicted to her , I can't imagine a day not talking with her . This is so tough , I've been blocking and unblocking her continuously for the past 1 hour in insta . Life is cooked
