Looking for advice for my first job

Hi, I was recently offered a position at Intact and CAA and I am unsure which position to accept. Both positions are for customer service representatives as a call center agent. The CAA role is WFH and in office in Thornhill 3 times a month. The Intact role is WFH 3 days a week/2 days in office in Mississauga. Salary is equal

I am currently located in Durham Region. I understand that Intact is likely the better company to grow with but does anyone have any experience working for CAA? The CAA role is more comfortable with a much shorter commute. I don't have a particular path in Insurance I am seeking, I'm looking to gain experience and keeping my options open for future roles
