iOS/iPadOS apps no longer working

Apple pushed out an update for the iPad and iPhone yesterday (26.6.2), and now the Tablo app on both devices is no longer able to stream OTA video from the Tablo. The guide loads, but as soon as you tap "watch live," the error pops up: "Playback Failed / Cannot Decode." Everything streams fine on my Roku and Google TV.

Not sure if this is an Apple issue or a Tablo issue, but it is an issue that should be addressed ASAP.
