Hi, for the past few days, I've had rashes on both my arm and the palm of my hand (both on the left arm/hand). 

The thing is, they're both wildly different.

 I started noticing my hand and elbow hurting last sunday (6/09), and then I noticed the rash on my arm two days later (8/09). I noticed the one on my hand the day after the one on my arm (9/09). Since then, the pain has traveled in different spots on my arm, but there's no apparent spots or rash or bruise besides the ones mentioned. By pain, I mean that my skin and/or my muscles were hurting, but it was different every day. Mostly, it was my skin that would hurt when something touched it ( for example: when drying my hand with a towel or when my blanket touched it). The rash on my arm hasn't been painful or itchy. The one on my hand wasn't at first, but it has been a bit painful since yesterday, and it was a bit itchy this morning.

The only new thing i remember trying is a body scrub, but if it was an allergic reaction, I would've expected it to be more spread and more consistent. 

I have been to the pharmacist yesterday to see if they could have any idea what it could be, but they didn’t and said to try antihistamines for if it was some kind of bug bite (which I feel is unlikely). Any ideas about what this could be?
