Can you chain extra turns together in bracket 3?

In one version of the rules I found a bracket 3 deck shouldn’t EXPECT to chain extra turns together. In another it says it CANNOT chain extra turns. Which is it?

Let’s say the deck runs the legal extra turn cards. The deck also only has 3 game changers, including some tutors. There are no infinite combos and it’s impossible for the deck to win by itself before turn 6.

But, there are some cards that make it possible to chain two extra turns (you draw an extra turn card and you tutor for another or fish it out of the graveyard). All in, there are a few extra turn cards, a few tutors, and a few ways to get cards from the graveyard.
