G93SD will dim itself no matter what

I have tried every conceivable setting I can find to keep this monitor from dimming itself and nothing seems to work. I'm at a loss. I used this monitor on my old build that was a 5900X with a 3070Ti and am using on my new build 7800X3D with a 7900XTX. 32GB RAM DDR5 6000, I've got a Samsung 990 PRO 4TB SSD.

I've tried device manager settings, windows settings, Adrenalin settings, I even tried turning the seconds on for the clock. I have gone through all of the onboard monitor settings as well. Nothing keeps this monitor from going into a dimmed sleep state when idle for 3-5 minutes. I can be actively working on my other monitor and it'll just peace out. I have to grab a window and move it around to get the monitor to come back. I'd like this to stop because when my old build was dying, coming out of this sleep state would cause it to freeze or crash.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Another thing to mention that bugs me is that the onboard menus are often all glitched out. You have to unplug the monitor and plug it back in to get them to look correct and crisp again.
