Just Moved So I Can't Vote Now?

I applied for a mail in ballot over a month ago and my application was stuck on "waiting for approval" (still is). I realized that its probably cause I moved recently and my address probably doesn't match their records. So I reached out three separate times to the service center and they do not put you on hold, they just say all of their agents are busy and hang up on you, like wtf? how is that legal?

I've sent three emails to elections Canada and have not heard back either.

I won't be in the country on Oct 19. I need a ballot to vote. Looking very unlikely I will get one now.

Anyone who thinks this is a fair and honest vote is delusional .
