How do I improve??

Like how do I do anything at all atp I keep queuing into matches that I lose. I’m basically on an 8 game lose streak (I got a bot game that doesn’t count) and I’m trying to play Pokémon I can do well with, going Defender or Support near always when needed but regardless I still lose

I blame my teammates a lot but I’m just wondering if I can just do anything myself that I can win a soloq with ☹️
