Master Yang EE

Should I ever be swapping forms during EE? I know there's the big boost to crit damage when switching from Yang --> Yin (might have the names backwards), but that requires 20s in the form that does less damage. Obviously in main chapter or PoT you can switch ahead of time to utilize the burst, but is it worth it during EE and LME?
