How bad is the Cedar Rapids Data Center

I hear the data center work environment for fiber techs entering the Meta Cbre level up program is not all that great with management and supervisors treating people like shit. I don’t mind working and the OT hours, but getting treated like shit on top of working all of those hours is not something I signed up for. Anyone out their currently working at this site from the Meta Cbre level up program have any insight on this. Making the move from Florida to Iowa if it’s worth it. Just want to know if it’s worth it before I make the move.
