do i have a chance at getting in?

i’m a private medical student here from overseas. im going to drop out soon for personal reasons. if it’s been like 3 years since i cleared my A levels, how much does that matter? going through an insanely tough time rn and id love to hear if there are other people who are/were in similar situations. also another thing worrying me is the mention of the minimum number of O level subjects, i only ever did 6 because i didn’t really see the point of doing more subjects back then. how much is that going to hold me back?

my current grades are as follows

O level: 4 As and 2 Bs

A levels: 2 A*s and 1 A

currently considering going into sdsb. do i have a solid chance if i perform well on my SAT 1? which other unis should i consider for accounting and finance. id be really really grateful for any input or advice (besides staying in mbbs. that’s a hard no for a multitude of reasons including that it’d be way way cheaper for me to quit mbbs now and start a new degree considering how expensive private medical colleges are)
