I canceled my own cycle

i am 33 , and my AMH is 4.3.

Due to OHSS risk, my doctor kept my medication dose very low. Today, I went for an ultrasound before the egg retrieval and was told I only have three follicles on the right side. They couldn't see my left side due to endometriosis, and the doctor mentioned they likely wouldn't be able to retrieve any eggs from that side because it is positioned behind my uterus.

​Because of this, I canceled the cycle. I didn't want to go through the retrieval process for just three follicles, especially knowing my AMH is 4.3 and I should be capable of a better response. At the same time, I am really angry with the clinic for not informing me about the anatomical issue with my left side beforehand and low medication.
