Witcher 3 Remastered Advice On Playthough Or Fresh File

Good afternoon I’m still debating if I should start new game or use my current save file for new update as I am on Baron but with how I played I have done Kira and other mission and question marks unfortunately I won’t have the time to finish the file without before update what are others ok my situation doing the ones who started a playthrough not knowing about update are you going to play new game or resume file I have beaten the Witcher 4 times on PS4 Twice on PC once for PS5 remaster and this second attempt on PS5 remaster
