Facing a PIP despite good performance—what should I do?

I have been working in this company for the past 2 years and on Monday I will be getting the PIP not due to work ( my all taks are cleared theres been no issues in my work )but cause the manager is egoistic and never open to take constructive criticism (always cross her limits when it's come to speaking) and I have also talked back the same recently due to they will be putting me in PIP .

I'm afraid of what I should do in this situation as right now I'm taking care of all the expenses of my family.

During the meeting how should I discuss things , can I also mention her behaviour and how she talks to me and never cares to take ownership?

Any advice?
