Alternate universe possibility

Is an alternate universe possible where only the time is forward or backward from our universe by a fixed amount, rest everything is exactly the same? The events just happen before or after in our universe but exactly the same. The state of the universes are exactly same, just shifted by a constant fixed time.

I am confused as to whether these are 2 separate universes in space time multiverse or just same universe observed at different times but the events at those times separated by a fixed amount, are exactly the same.
