More Capital One Instant Purchase Notification Text Issues - Anyone Else?

About a week ago or so I posed issues with text notifications for Capital One Instant Purchase Notifications on my QuickSilver card being delayed and mixed together.

Today, I just made a purchase and received the three alerts (text, email, push) and then a minute later I received the same text alert 2 more times in a row (no duplicate push or email).

Logged into my account and the charge is only pending once.

Anyone else noticing repeat text notifications today?
