18m, 118 pounds, 5,5. Question about prednisone

I have to take 3 tablets of 20 mg predinsone 3 times a day for 4 days. However the time I need to space between taking them is not written on my medicine bottle or discharge paper. So I have decided to take the first tablet at 12 am when am i supposed to take my other two tablets?
