Pokemon TCG in Puerto Rico

I started getting into Pokemon TCG this year, and I REALLY want to get the Pokemon 30th anniversary ETB as soon as possible. I want to know:

Do things usually start selling the day OF release in the island? Or does Puerto Rico tend to get things later?

At what time do people usually start lining up in stores in anticipation?

Is it advisable to try ordering online first?
