Obtaining Iqama without a Degree

Hi Guys, first time Reddit poster here 👋🏼 I’m hoping for some support/advice on a personal situation I’m currently facing.

I work for a Tech company who have signed a client in Riyadh,KSA. We’re a UK-based company so I’ll be relocating to Riyadh. I’ll be employed by an EOR and my salary will exceed 9000 SAR per month.

I’m in the process of applying for an Iqama and am at the work visa stage. I never went to university, therefore do not have a degree. This is causing me a whole heap of problems with job title mapping, salary thresholds etc. The mere fact that I don’t have a degree is a blocker itself.

Question: Has anybody been through this scenario themselves? Is there a possibility I could obtain a work visa -> Iqama for a skilled worker position WITHOUT a degree?
