Confused

My Australia student visa got rejected recently. And now I was thinking of joining bachelors here in Nepal itself but the problem is I haven’t given ioe exam so the only option left is pokhara university affiliated private colleges which will cost me probably 11-12 lakhs for 4 years in civil engineering.

As I was only focused on my visa processing I didn't study much for any entrance exams which includes cee. Now that the exams are postponed I was thinking of giving a shot to bsc nursing. I have around 1 month to study for it or should I just join pu affiliated private college. I am 2025 passout BTW

And I wanted to ask if i can still apply to pu affiliated priv colleges if by any chance I couldn't pass cee. Because I heard the colleges start their course only after dashain.

Or should I simply not join pu affiliated colleges and give ioe next year but I don't know why wasting another year is scary.
