Girl on Dio Scooty at Capkon Pantheerankav!

This evening, I was waiting outside the Glassmates tea shop near Capkon Pantheerankav and saw a girl arrive on a Dio scooter. We exchanged a quick glance, and I thought about talking to her. But after checking what was available to order, she didn't stay, she went back to her scooty, waited for a minute, and then rode away. I thought she would stay a little longer and was planning to talk to her.
