New spots in new area 2 days post second treatment

Son has new itchy spots on his feet which he didn't have before. He did say his feet were hot so don't know if that's triggered it. I've taken a look and it looks like itchy bumps plus a few small blisters. Could this just be a post treatment reaction or is this likely re infection?
