Looking for a sales/BD partner, commission then retainer, design studio with existing client base

I run a web design and brand studio working with B2B founders across the US, UK and UAE. We build investor-facing websites, brand identity, landing pages and pitch decks. Certified Framer Expert and Framer Partner.

What I'm looking for: someone who can bring in clients. If you have a network of founders, agency relationships, or you're good at outbound and want upside instead of a salary, that's the fit.

How it works:

**•**	15% commission on every closed project. Project values sit between $1.5K and $3.5K, retainers at $2.5K/mo  
**•**	Steps up to 20% after your first three closes  
**•**	At that point we also put you on a monthly retainer on top of commission, so there's a floor once the channel is proven  
**•**	Open to discussing equity for someone who wants to build the sales side properly long term

I'd rather find one person who wants to grow into it than five people spraying links. Delivery is handled, that's not your problem. You bring the conversations, I close on craft and we both get paid.
