Fembrained about bloodwork

Just tried to get a blood sample to get some bloodwork done. Managed to use the lancet thing to pierce my finger, but then I panicked so hard I actually got nauseous enough to throw up. Unfortunately I can't do this by myself, so I'm going to have to step up my fembrain game and actually ask for help with this shit. It's going to be rough moving to injections...
