What's the best telecom operator and recharge (value for money) if you have wifi at home?

I'm currently using jio and i go out only once a week or so, i have wifi at home so my mobile data is pretty much wasted.

Currently i was recharging with 299 plan which offers 1.5gb/day and unlimited voice.

Looking for a cheaper alternative if any(jaha paise bacha sakte ho bachaao cause mehengaaai)
