Bone graft for implant

Hello, next week I am getting my front tooth extracted and starting the implant process. I just found out my first molar which had a root canal is cracked down to the root and will be getting it pulled as well. I’m 22 years old so I want more of a permanent solution. I was thinking about getting a partial for my molar, I’m definitely getting an implant for my front tooth since you see it when I smile. So I’m looking for advice, if I should get the bone graft for my molar at the same time as my other tooth and go through with an implant? I’m worried that once that tooth gets extracted my teeth will start to shift. If I were to get the partial, my plan was to wait until January because I have already hit my maximum for dental insurance this year. Any advice is really appreciated!
