Looking for teenage gaming friends!

Hello! I go by "Avian" and I'm 14yo. Looking for some gaming friends around my age (preferably 13-17yo). I'm from Poland but I'd love to meet people from other countries as my main interest is geopolitics (Would be lovely if you love to talk about your country). I prefer people from EU, but I can make exceptions. As to my gender I was born as a woman but my gender identity is quoifluid. I'm kinda social akward and I struggle with a lot of things like keeping the conversation going, so please don't judge me. I'm very tolerant and I don't care about your religion, skin color, or gender as long as it doesn't offend anyone. I mostly play minecraft so that's what I'd like to start with.
