"Failing to follow the instructions of a tournament official"

In the MTR, the Unsporting Conduct section lists "failing to follow the instructions of a tournament official" as one of the examples of offending behavior. But, the only information I could find in the IPG on what infraction to apply was Unsporting Conduct - Minor in "A player fails to follow the request of a tournament official to leave the play area." The IPG's example seems much more narrow than the MTR, so I'm wondering if there's another document I missed that discusses the limits on the MTR's example.

What other player behaviors fall under "failing to follow the request of a tournament official"? What is the scope of requests that a tournament official can make?
