Not that I expect any of this to really change anything, but I wanted to see what others thought regarding his design and what might look best.

Overall I do really like his character design and how it shows off the fact that he's basically a somewhat showy career criminal who's using Dark corrupting magic to gain more power. In my opinion they nailed the hood itself, I'm just not so sure about the powder blue suit. In my opinion it's a bit to... playful maybe? it reminds me of a cartoonish business suit. While I do think he's somewhat playful, showy, and grandstanding in his approach to crime, it seems a bit much to me. In terms of color theory, having his hood and suit be basically the same brightness makes him seem a little flat to me. I think we can get something a bit more dynamic while keeping that playfulness in his style.

I included his original color scheme for reference. the others in order are a cobalt blue, a navy blue, and a more subdued, less saturated cobalt.
Not sure how much this has bothered others, I've seen at least one other person has posted a similar concept back when we first got his character design revealed. Was interested what speaks to you guys the most.
(Yes I did use ai to quickly sample the different color options. Not in broad support of ai or ai art, just to lazy to use an image editor for this)

TLDR; do you guys like the hoods original suit color or do you like one of these alternate colors more.

The Hood's suit color in rivals has been kinda bugging me. So I wanted to test some alternatives.
