What do you when you realize you got catfished?

Recently invited a guy on grindr. He looked very cute in pictures, but then when he came over I saw on my ring camera that he was severely balding. He had a full head of hair in his pictures.

He was waiting outside for 5 minutes because I didn't want to open the door, and I also felt bad just kicking him out because he traveled an hour and prepped before coming over.

I eventually told myself screw it, it's what he gets for being dishonest, and I just texted him telling him I'm not meeting up because he looks very different from his pictures.

Nonetheless it wasn't an easy text to send and I was still torn for the rest of the day.

How do you guys handle these situations?
