The Pimp My Ride: High School Edition

Behold the ultimate manifestation of suburban teenager delusion; a heavily customized, chrome-plated yellow school bus parked right in front of the red brick Summer Break Ended High School.

Because nothing screams "I peaked in sophomore year" quite like dropping twenty grand on 24-inch spinners for a vehicle designed to transport enthusiastic students in tricked-out safety yellow.

Let’s break down this absolute catastrophe of financial planning and lifestyle choices here. Parental resources doesn't always equate to common sense.

Someone actually looked at a yellow standard-issue district transport vehicle and thought, "You know what this needs? Custom rims that cost more than my GPA." It has lower-than-low profile tires that would legitimately explode if they hit a single high school speed bump.

You can practically hear the collective groan of the PTA. Instead of a sensible sedan, this absolute unit of a ride takes up four distinct parking spaces while getting four miles to the gallon of pure regret.

Look at these three standing there looking bewildered. Bro literally used his entire trust fund, college tuition, and possibly his mother’s retirement account just to trick out the short bus, and now they all have to share one single skateboard to make it to homeroom on time.

Even the city's school building itself is exhausted by this nonsense. Look at the sign in the background spelling out everyone's annual nightmare... Summer Break Ended.

But hey, at least when you're rolling up to AP History with subwoofers rattling the fillings out of your teachers' teeth, everyone will know you have zero fiscal responsibility and an infinite supply of audacity.

Honestly, props to the dedication. If you're going to ruin your life financially at seventeen, you might as well do it in a yellow metal brick with spinning rims.

Would you ever pull up to your first day of class in a customized ride like this, or are you sticking to a bicycle? 🤓 🤭 🤣
