Power supply change?

I'm currently running with 650w power supply from 2020 and got RTx 5060ti 8gb from MSI. Ryzen 7 5800x and 16gb ddr4 ram 2x8gb 3200mhz with b450 plus motherboard. I'm upgrading to am5 soon and plan will be to get Ryzen 7 9800x3d, B650 motherboard and 32gb DDR5 6000mhz do I need to upgrade my power supply I used ai it told it's not necessary but I need some real information from here.

Also I got only 2 fans on my pc
