Alternatives?

I have been using the app for about a year and it is time to renew.
Before I do it, I am checking a few alternatives.

At the moment I am just using it for tracking not for suggestions.
I get the suggestions from other AI tools.

So what I need is:

1. Easy tracking
2. Video instructions
3. Ability to export my activities

I am considering Hevy. Any other suggestions ?
