Is this HP Victus a good deal for €990?

Found this HP Victus for €990 and I'm wondering if I should go for it or look for something else.

Specs:

15.6" FHD IPS 144Hz

Ryzen AI 7 350

RTX 5060 8GB GDDR7

24GB DDR5 5600

1TB NVMe SSD

WiFi + LAN

I'd mainly use it for programming/AI stuff and studying, with some light gaming on the side.

The specs seem pretty good for the price, especially the 5060, but I'm not sure about the Victus in general. I've heard mixed things about the build quality, screen and thermals.

Would you guys consider this a good buy at €990? Or would you look for something else around this price?
