The delay at communication!

Hi!

I'm 25 y/o, working as a product & health underwritering manager at insurance firm. Ive completed my MBA from DU and cleared CFA L2.

I sat for an interview at Amex. Back to back 2 rounds. And after last round, HR ghosted for last 6 weeks. No acceptance mail nor rejection mail. Tried to call, mail, text, but no response. Same with Arcesium.

How much does it needs to just give a short call or a mail for a communication?
