NAATI translation for 485?

Applying for my 485 (Temporary Graduate) visa and trying to figure out which supporting documents actually need certified translation.

I have an Indian birth certificate that has both the regional language and English printed side by side. Every field, name, DOB, sex, place of birth, parents' names etc, is fully filled in in English too.

Just worried about it getting rejected or delayed over this. Has anyone submitted a birth certificate like this for a 485 without translating it? Did it cause any issues, delays, or an RFI?
