2020 VW JETTA EXCELINE

Hii everyone, i own 2020 vw Jetta exceline, that has 120k km on it and suddenly it started making metal sound in front driver side wheel , it only comes when I drive into pot hole or unpaved surface (basically when left tyre moves up/down suddenly) it sounds like metal rod which got broke from joint is touching another metal when I hit the road , what could it be ? And any other advice, suggetion to check or be focused which is the common issue for Jetta 2020 ? What and how to check what's needed at 1,20,000 miles
