I need some advice urgently because I have to decide whether to keep or return my XGIMI HORIZON 20 Max.

I purchased it in India. Unfortunately, the original unit failed, and after a long replacement process, I received a replacement unit that has visible physical scratch/white marks on the body and some packaging damage.

The projector is currently working, but considering the history and the physical condition, I am seriously considering taking the full refund instead of keeping it.

If I return it, I would then need to decide what projector to buy instead.

My situation

• Budget: around ₹2.5–3 lakh / US$3,000–3,500
• Room: approximately 12 × 15 ft
• Mostly dark room, with only a small window that can be curtained
• Currently projecting onto a plain white wall
• Main use: movies/home cinema, not gaming
• Looking for a large image, ideally 120–135 inches
• Located in India, so availability/warranty in India matters, although I'm open to models that can be shipped to India

Projectors I'm considering

If I return the XGIMI:

• BenQ W4100i / W4000i
• Epson options
• Other projectors in the ₹2.5–3.5 lakh range that would be a genuine upgrade for movies

I also have the option of buying a used ViewSonic PX701-4K for around ₹60,000, which would obviously save a huge amount of money, but I'm unsure whether it makes sense to downgrade.
