Am I chat banned for some reason?

I never said anything that toxic, I dont really use my mic that much even. I don't say slurs or anything like that, ever.

VOIP has an X through it

My VOIP is gray

I tried muting all then unmuting all a couple times but that didnt fix it.

I cant hear anyone else either
