Figuring out if what I plan on upgrading my PC with will be good enough for Raytracing
With massive help from some of the amazing people on here, I think I've found parts that will allow my PC to play raytracing required games. My current components are:
Processor AMD Ryzen 5 3600 6-Core Processor 3.59 GHz
Installed RAM 16.0 GB (2 Corsair CMW16GX4M2C3200C16)
Storage 224 GB SSD ADATA SU650
Graphics Card NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1660 SUPER (6 GB)
System Type 64-bit operating system, x64-based processor
PSU High Power 600W 80+ Gold Power Supply HP1-J600GD-F12S
(I can't figure out what case I have)
I plan on replacing the graphics card with a Dell NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3060 Ti 8GB. I also plan on replacing the PSU with a Corsair RM750x RMx Series 750W 80 PLUS Gold ATX. I've checked PC part picker to see if it's all compatible and I think it is (if it isn't please let me know). Would this all be enough to play something like DOOM The Dark Ages on very low settings? Any help is greatly appreciated
