Cooking thawed frozen vegetables

I bought a bag of frozen vegetables from Walmart a couple weeks ago, and they sat unfrozen for about an hour since it took me a while to get home. Right now, I’m cooking some in the little steamer pot in my rice cooker, and I’m wondering if it’s still safe to eat these veggies despite them having been thawed and refrozen. Thank you in advance!
