How do I cope after my accident?

Hi. Roughly five days ago I was the victim of a motorcycle vs vehicle accident. I had a green light, wasn't speeding, and was just cruising on my motorcycle. A lady ran a red light in order to make a u-turn. She just so happened to do this as I was basically in the middle of the intersection where there was no time for me to swerve left or right. I slammed into her car and it went black for me. After the fact, I learned that I was still conscious. I was screaming for my wife, for help, for the pain to stop, for god, for everything.

I'm not going to explain everything that happened within the last five days, I'll just say that I'm left with severe CPTSD, anxiety, nervousness, depression, and obviously a broken body. No broken bones, but my left knee is demolished internally. Due to the fact I'm currently going after the woman legally, I won't describe my injuries so as not to injure my case. But it's bad, to the point where I'll need years of physical therapy and probably real therapy.

My question is, how do I do this? I cry randomly, I apologize to my wife for nothing then start crying. I'm scared of the road ahead of me. I'm scared to open my eyes at times. I'm petrified of leaving this hospital and getting in a car. I'm completely broken emotionally, physically, mentally and spritiually.

I've never gone through this. I feel like a drain on those around me. They tell me they love me and that they're happy I'm alive, and I could've died. But I can't move. I can't walk. I can't even stand. I'm sorry if this isn't in the right place or if it is against the rules. I'm on so many medications, my priorities and thought process aren't quite right.

I will say that before I crashed into her car, I thought I was going to die. I am glad I am not dead. I'm glad my family didn't have to see my body. I will tell anyone who rides this: I thought it wouldn't happen to me, I thought I was a better rider than all the cagers. You can't tell when they're gonna do it man. It's not worth it to ride the bike. As much as I want to go back to one, its not worth it. Please don't ride. Don't end up dead or like me, basically a vegetable. Again, sorry if this is wrong.
